Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the BuyLGD platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This platform is a specialized diamond inventory management system, and your use of it constitutes a legal agreement between you and BuyLGD.

User Registration and Account Approval
Professional Eligibility: BuyLGD is a B2B platform. To access the inventory, users must provide valid business information, including Company Name, PARS details, and professional contact information (Skype/WhatsApp/WeChat).
Admin Approval: All new accounts are created with a "Pending" status. Access to the full diamond database is granted only after manual verification and approval by a BuyLGD administrator. We reserve the right to deny access to any user who provides unverifiable or false information.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity performed under your account is your sole responsibility.

Diamond Inventory and Data Accuracy
Certifications: All diamonds listed on BuyLGD are described based on independent laboratory grading reports (e.g., IGI, GIA). While we strive for 100% accuracy, BuyLGD does not guarantee the absolute precision of third-party grading.
Real-Time Updates: Our inventory is synchronized with global suppliers. However, due to the nature of high-frequency trading, a diamond may appear as "Available" while being sold or placed on hold in real-time.
Visual Assets: Images and videos provided are for illustrative purposes. While they represent the actual stones, variations in screen resolution and lighting may affect appearance.

Holding and Ordering Policy
Hold Requests: When you place a diamond "On Hold," it is reserved temporarily. BuyLGD reserves the right to release a hold if an order is not confirmed within the stipulated timeframe or if the user fails to meet transaction requirements.
Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice based on market fluctuations. Final price confirmation is only guaranteed at the time of invoice.

Ethical Sourcing and Compliance
Conflict-Free Guarantee: BuyLGD is committed to the highest ethical standards. We certify that all lab-grown diamonds in our inventory are ethically sourced and handled in compliance with international trade standards and environmental regulations.

Intellectual Property Rights
Proprietary Data: The design, layout, code, and database structure of BuyLGD are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are strictly prohibited from using automated scripts or "scraping" tools to extract diamond data, images, or pricing for competitive use or redistribution without explicit written consent.

Limitation of Liability
BuyLGD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits or errors in diamond data provided by third-party suppliers.

Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is detrimental to the business interests of BuyLGD.
